On the ground floor there is a shared room with fitted kitchen (oven, stove, dishwasher, ...) and a bar with local local beers, soft drinks, alcohol-free aperitifs from Renard, sugar-free drinks from Jus Ré and a nice selection of wines from Heuvelland and surrounding vineyards. To relax, there is a pétanque area, a pool table and a large TV screen for watching films. Cycling and walking routes pass nearby, all-terrain bicycles and electric bicycles (on request) are available to explore them. Do you prefer to keep it quiet? No problem, there is a library filled with novels, non-fiction about the 2 world wars and history for you. On request and against payment, we place an outdoor sauna with outdoor shower and dip tub. Guests can use a private terrace with sun loungers and a sunbathing area by the small pond.
Breakfast: as a basis we serve bread with toppings, gingerbread, cereal, muesli, honey, yogurt, fruit, juice, milk, coffee or tea and various local cheeses and charcuterie. On some days there is fresh chocolate mousse or fresh cake. There is parking near the building.
De Kouterhoeve is the ideal location for your meeting, business event, seminar or training. You can stay in peace and quiet, in an authentic building that makes you feel at home immediately due to its warm atmosphere. A meeting room for up to 14 people, located on the ground floor, can be rented. A large digital TV device, to which you can effortlessly connect the laptop or tablet, flip chart, whiteboard and WiFi are provided.
We work together with an excellent caterer to order sandwiches or a light lunch. Of course you can also use the complete kitchen next to the meeting room. During the breaks you can enjoy nature and the animals around you. Or do you like some action and competition? Then the pool table is definitely something for you!
There is plenty of free parking next to the building.
